Vintage Plique A Jour Butterfly Pendant Necklace
Plique-à-jour (French for "letting in daylight") is an enameling technique where the enamel is applied to cells, but with no backing, so light can shine through the enamel.
This Amazing butterfly pendant necklace is beautifully done with a plique-a jour enameling in green, blue and orange color. Lightweight and has a nice dainty chain.
