Pre-loved; EUC, and Excellent Vintage Condition. hem has obviously come undone, but i will let you decide what length you would like your new dress to be. if you purchase at full price, i may be convinced to hem it for you.
no tags, thick warm fabric, looks like it may be a wool blend? most likely with polyester or cotton
