Vera Bradley's CHANGE IT UP BACKPACK or PURSE is carry-on compliant and features an accessible pocket that lets you charge your phone/tablet/laptop via the charging port from the main compartment to the front zip pocket. The front (interior) pocket contains a smaller, elastic topped, pocket that is made to hold your charger (not included). It is made of Vera Bradley's colorful quilted cotton and is cuddly enough to use as a pillow.
The interior has the zip pocket (with the charger pocket inside) and two medium slip pockets. The outside has a handy zip pocket on the flap, which closes over the bag with a hidden magnet button. There is also a deep slip pocket on the back that closes with a strong magnet button also. There are snap buttons near the top of the bag to use to give the bag more of a "backpack" shape if so desired.
Carry this bag by the faux leather purse handles or by the adjustable web backpack straps.
