Beautiful 1940s exotic carved and painted scenic shoes from the Philippines, service men stationed there would bring them home for their girlfriends during world war 2. These feature a carved little house by the sea with a mountain and the setting sun, brightly painted. There are 3 coloured straps in pink yellow and blue, and a hand embroidered panel on burgundy cord with white flowers. Size- I’m a size 6uk and they fit me, toe to heel 25cm These can be displayed but are wearable, great for photo shoots.
