Absolutely gorgeous black velvet skater style dress with cross over, off the shoulder neckline. Very soft and stretchy. But less stretchy up top due to the style of the neckline. NWOT, but washed once in cold water and air dried. Please view photos and measurements carefully.
Bust approx 15.5” -there is definitely stretch, but if you’re too much bigger on top, the top edge will want to flip up. Probably best for busts under 38” (but no promises, this is an estimate)
Waist approx 14” and very stretchy.
Length approx 35”
