This is a starter for model airplanes. It was my Father's. Being the handy Electrical Engineer he was, he has it wired to a rechargeable battery pack and zip tied to a tool caddy. I'm guessing this is so you're able to start up your plane on site/the mini-airstrip/wherever, without needing a power outlet. I'm aware it's pretty dirty so I plan to clean it soon and update the pics. Comes with extra/ replacement starter peices, 2 side wheels for the plane and 1 front, as well as a turkey-baster thing(guessing this is for fuel?). Thanks for looking, have a nice day:)
