The small frill around the neckline is lovely, and I bought it without trying it on. However, when I tried it on for going out, it was too big for my small frame, so I decided not to wear it and am listing it for sale.
I've only put it on once, and it's in the same condition as when I bought it. I got it from the stock at the store.
