Keep temperatures in check with the Mishimoto Oil Sandwich Plate with Rear-Mounted Thermostat. This high-flow sandwich plate is constructed from lightweight CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum, providing unmatched precision and quality. The internal oil thermostat will restrict flow to the heat exchanger until the activation temperature is reached; this provides improved warm-up while maintaining efficient cooling properties. Thanks to a small footprint and rear-mounted thermostat, the Mishimoto sandwich plate can be installed in even the tightest engine bays where the exhaust or other engine components create strict space constraints. This sandwich plate includes two 1/8-inch NPT ports for use with temperature or pressure sensors. The included M22 X 1.5 sandwich plate adapter allows for fitment on various GM LSX vehicles and Ford V8's including the 4.6L, 5.4L, and Coyote 5.0L.
