Both were purchased new. The townhouse was only played with once after completion, then displayed for a while, so it might have some dust. It was then stored for several years.
The yellow box was played with less than 10 times.
I tried to check for missing pieces this time, but it was too much to handle. I haven't been able to wipe each piece, but I don't think there are any major stains.
Most pieces have been removed and sorted by color, but some haven't been removed or sorted.
The townhouse wasn't played with enough to lose many pieces, but they are mixed together, so please assume it's about 70% complete.
