Welcome to the House of Mystery! This is my oldest issue, 120 from March 1962...over 50 years old! Looks really good, but see pics. Some rubbing on front cover opening, some marks on monster's hand and a small blemish in the yellow on cover. Tiny tear on rear cover. Otherwise, no other rips/tears, book is complete with firm staples.
Note: Most books from this age did not list the writer, only the artist.

The Secret Hero of Center City by ?? and Toth
The Gift that Wiped Out Time by Meskin and Roussos
The Cat-Man of Kanga Peak by Purcell.
