Freeman, Hinged 15" x 24" Flat Top Aluminum Hatch. This Oval Hatch, 2473-0062, features a flat top with detached topside T-handle and is made with aluminum top and ring. The unique hinging device allows the hatch to be opened more than 180° and “floats” when the hatch is closed to facilitate a tighter seal.
The compression seal means that once closed water won't get in thanks to the four evenly spaced dogging arms that exert uniform sealing pressure on the cover plate.
