Just look at that face! This is a rare, very early plush from 1997, the very same year that Build A Bear first opened. ALL BLACK, even the paws!

The quality was higher back then and he’s extremely well made; he’s even a bit hefty with his weighted tush and feet. The front right leg (his left) has a sound box that still works, offering some friendly barks if you squeeze it. The roof of his mouth has a magnet, which is compatible with magnetic toys from their early days; while not included, I believe they made small pups for these dogs to “carry!”

He’s in immaculate condition given that he’s nearly 30 years old, although I believe he originally may have had flocking on his nose. If so, it seems to have worn away with time. The rest of him is near perfect!

He’s in need of a loving new owner; will you be the one to adopt him? Reasonable offers considered!
