This animated figure operates on 2 size C batteries which I’ve even included, but you will want to replace them with better batteries to use the whole season. There is a place to plug in an a/c adapter but that was an optional piece and is not included. Minnie moves her arms and head. Minnie is preowned from 1998 and she shows little wear. her operation is very smooth and quiet. Minnie stands about 18 inches tall. There are no tears or stains on her outfit. If you look at the closeup of her face you will see a small worn spot on her nose. I decided not to touch it up but to leave that to her new owner. Minnie comes in her original box , it is not in perfect condition. The top flap is torn off. Coming from a smoke and pet free home.
