Autographed at Jacobs Field in 2004. All signatures were from that same year. It has been in the display case since. I live in Columbus Ohio which is a little over a 2 hour drive from Jacobs.
Baseball is a Fotoball Limited Edition. It has a large Chief Wahoo logo, Indians text and "CLEVELAND" in large letters.
