TRAVEL TIP FOR SE920 Case - Is it Carry-On Friendly?

We have personally carried the Seahorse SE920 through airport security and onto domestic flights multiple times without any issues. While the SE920 is slightly larger than standard carry-on size, many travelers find it fits just fine in overhead companrtments-though gate agents can vary in how strictly they enforce size rules. On a full flight, you may be asked to gate check the case.

Here's the good news: once you pass through TSA, your SE920 won't be inspected further. If it is gate-checked, it simply goes into the cargo hold and is returned to you plane-side upon arrival - no baggage claim required. This also means you can lock it up using the built-in locking latches or a non-TSA padlock to keep your contents secure and untouched during the flight.
