All sports 5000 series control console for score boards

I got this at local auction. I don't know much about it, except that it will control a scoreboard somehow. The plastic button cover is dirty on the back and I'm leaving it because I don't want to rip it off where it's still stuck. The exposed residue has collected the dirt so buyer may want to replace it. I have turned this unit on and pushed all of the buttons to test them for function and I was able to change to various modes. I found the manual online and it has a ton of different settings so that's all the testing I could do. The plug is not shown in the photo but the 3rd prong (ground) has been removed. The whole thing could be easily replaced but functions without that. I'm selling this at the low to mid range From the prices I found on similar platforms I have considered the condition while pricing. The accessories seem to be readily available, online. I will pay shipping costs, it's a bit heavy so I cant go down much on the price.
