Alexander McQueen Womens Sz 42 (6 in US sizing) Ivory Cap Sleeve Pleated Detail Column Gown. Acetate/viscose with a silk lining. Hidden zipper in the back. Drapes perfectly, slightly padded shoulders, gorgeous goddess shape!
It measures approximately 61" from the shoulder to the bottom (4" longer in back), and 15.75" across the front under the armholes. The waist is 14.25" across, laid flat.

It is in good condition, but there are a few minor flaws. It was professionally dry cleaned just prior to listing. There are a few faint spots near the bottom (they were more significant before cleaning, so they may come completely out with another treatment?) There is also a very faint yellowish area on the front, I honestly can't even see it unless it is under bright, direct lighting, but it needs to be mentioned. The bottom of the zipper panel in back has a small fray spot, probably fixable by a professional.
