I had to do some serious research on this pin. Apparently Disney Hong Kong had a surname series pin collection that you could purchase on the disney property.
The surname (according to some google translating) is "Xu". The pin still has the original price tag and packaging from Disney Hong Kong/ Shanghai Resort.
The pin is about 1.85" wide by 1.85" long. Never worn (obviously).
