First issue in the Gates of Paradise series of collector's plates faithfully reproduced from the Florence Baptistery East Doors, originally completed in 1449 A.D. by Lorenzo Ghiberti. Hand cast and clad in Florentine bronze in Italy, under the hallmark of Studio Dante di Volteradici and the Museo del Duomo of Florence, Italy. This edition is forever closed on the 31st of December, 1990
